Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.

Refused Packages

In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

FedEx Smart Post is required for all deliveries at military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped. 

In case of Delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and filled a claim. I-Kandy Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delay packages.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its destination. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out of all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by I-Kandy/ I-Kandy Collection.
